It just decided to pop up tonight while I was on Chrome. I’ve been reading the topics pertaining to this issue but I’m not exactly sure about what to do as steps before you all would need to help. Do I download addition programs and run those and then come back for help with anything? Or do I give you all information and we go from there?

Does this occur in IE as well, also does it appear on sites with a video ad

Those are orphans and you can delete them. It was confirmed as a false positive

I did that.

I tried to disable Java but apparently it’s needed for Tumblr and when I tried to just say that site was an exception, it flashed the notification that it was needed.

I am unable to download CryptoPrevent due to maintenance on the site.
