Hi Everyone, and sorry in advance for my lack of know-how!

I am regularly receiving the below infection. I have also previously received a different one. I was told it might be due to some Anti-phishing software I have…again, clueless! I did get rid of the original “Infection” by getting rid of an Anti-Phishing tool bar.

Would appreciate any help offered! Please let me know what I can do to provide more details!!
