I accidently loaded a malware

During the process of loading I accidently loaded a malware! Now I constantly get noticed of the Mal being blocked over and over again! What do I do? I did a quick scan , No help Object ( constantly changes); url;Mal Process C:windows\system32\svhost.exe

I take it that you mean c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe and your original path was a typo ?
