I am getting a threat detection message every hour

Hi guys, I hope you can help.

I recently started regular messages warning a threat has been dictated. When I look at my statistic it tells me there has been a virus detected. The location of the file is C:\users\mark-pc\appdata\local\temp. these are always in the chest when I receive the warning. I have tried to delete anything in the temp file which looks suspicious and ran a boot scan, which detected and deleted 6 items. Yet the problem is still happening, as soon as a delete the previous files within an hour I get another warning. Have I been infected by some form of virus which is self generating these files and if so can I get rid of the source.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Mark
