I’m sorry speedy, I have no clue (and the view overhere is the same as yours) so i guess it’s one of these Opera/MSN issues again… ??? ??? ???

Fast

Fast I have spend the last 2hrs trying to resolved this problem, and I am having no luck so far.

Sound like Opera is not support to Microsoft format program

Speedy,

You might try clicking on the “Panels” button located at the top of your browser next to the “Cascade”
button. That may change your page back to looking more normal.

Neal63,

I have try clicking on the “Panels” button located at the top of your browser next to the “Cascade”
button, and I am still getting the same problem.

Too me it looks like poor/automatic web page coding, probably MS using non standard proprietary function that will only work with IE, I used to experience things like this when I was developing web sites and doing compatibility testing (cross browser support).

IE is very good at compensating for poor coding, e.g. if you missed an html closing tag, IE would try to guess your intention to close the tab before opening another and the page would display ok in IE. However, because the other browsers were more standards compliant, any error in the coding would not be compensated for so it didn’t display well.

There were also html tags that were not compliant with wc3 standards so weren’t included in the other browsers instruction set.

If it displays OK in IE then this is likely to be either poor coding or proprietary tags.

Thanks DavidR you have explain this to me very good, now I can understand why. I have never create my own website to be able to learn how the web page coding work, I really like Opera very much and I’ve been having a lot problem with other website I goto are having the same problem.

Oh well back to IE6 and wait until Opera can resolve this problem soon, I am now going to remove the big picture from the Avast forum.

Thanks DavidrR for explaining your details.
