I am having trouble canceling my subscription

Good morning,
I am having trouble canceling my subscription.
I am using paid Avast Premium Security. The situation is as follows:
I bought the above-mentioned subscription with a card. In my desktop application, I am logged into my gmail account. When I go from the avast application to my account at https://support.avast.com, everything looks ok, I am logged in, I have an account, but in the “My subscriptions” option, it does not show the one in my subscription. So I can’t give it up / remove it because it’s not there! Avast proposes to contact support, unfortunately there is only help on the basis of answers to frequently asked questions. Also, there is no e-mail address or telephone number to contact them. In this situation, I do not know how to cancel the above-mentioned subscription and the support did not help me.
Avast charges my payment card every year, I want to cancel it.
Does anyone know how to do it in this situation?
