:)Like the subject title Say's I thought this was a forum was about the virus scanner only. I saw question about real player if it is about other trouble you having then I have a question please. I am not sure what happen. to make them not work. they both witch is quick player and windows media. quickplayer would always start to play any CD or dvd that was put in to play. if I wanted media player to play it work as will. after I updated either the real player or quickplayer, or maybe it was after I updated windows media player they did not work any more. later I tried them windows players works now but is a very slower starter. if I can get help with this question I well send any information you need. if this is not a forum for other question I am sorry. iI closed every thing and startted over. I will fine the general topic and start there. hopefully if I keep trying I will get much better on learning the computer. thanks Sharon sham1313
