I bought grimefighter but I didn't operate it

Hi,

I bought allready grimefighter but I didn’t operate it,
when I start it,
first it shut down pc and then begans it worked
it said it is working but about 10 min. later it says
we are sorry, some problems happened
I am sure that I am online and no mallware

please help

GrimeFighter is known to not work on all systems.
If it doesn’t work on your system, ask for a refund.
