When Web Scanner is on in Windows services I can not connect to internet. I have not firewall, Windows XP Service Pack 3. When I turn off Web Scanner I can connect to internet. What is wrong with Avast Web Scanner ?

Weird uh? XP firewall shouldn’t block WebShield…
Are you changing the way of WebShield starts into the services? The default is ‘Manual’.

No other anti virus installed. Ad Aware is installed.
But I find in registry old firewall ( Outpost ) that was uninstalled yet. But I can not delete keys in …SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ADBLOCK.DLL\0000 and other like this.
Maybe you should get the property (access property) to that key.
Registrar Registry Manager (http://www.resplendence.com/registrar) could do that.
