i can send photos to many viruses

my comp is full of trojan viruses and worms too .
when i try to send attached files , my e mails can not reach the recipient(s) , mailer daemon sends it back to me .

and i can see that in the mail , there are 150 worms , or viruses like this one :searmiracle.com/text…target blank
what can i do ?.
plus i havent registred in time , i am two days late for avast anti-virus . what to do ?

Run a full (throgout) scanning with avast.
Run a boot time scanning.
Run Ad-aware and SpyBot search/cleaning.
