i can´t run avast in another accounts in xp

i have tried to do the things that your send me, but when i
try to run in another accouns , appears the next message:
“Error de DllRegistrerServer en ACTSKIN4.OCX devolvió un
codigo:0x80020009.” the title of this windows was “RegSvr32”.
Please help me!

Was avast installed using the Administrator account? - not an account with Admin privileges - I believe this has been covered in similar threads in the forum.
