My problem is that I want a refund for my Avast Subscription that I DID NOT WANT TO renew and no matter what I do I just cannot do anything. I’ve contacted the support through the chat twice and they said I’ll get a mail regarding this topic. A week passed and still nothing so I requested help from Avast 2 days ago. I made like literally 3 “tickets” and I still got no information back. What am I supposed to do? I need the money urgently and I am dissatisfied with the service but it seems like nothing works. I am a resident from Poland and I just cannot contact them through the phone and contacting support and requesting help doesn’t seem to do anything either, so what am I supposed to do???

Well, at least I hope that if something FINALLY happens we’ll get a refund even if it will be past the 30 day mark because like I don’t think it’s our fault that we didn’t receive any info even after contacting them a lot of times

I haven’t gotten any mails nor anything. Empty. I wrote on sipport chat 2 times and sent 4 help requests
I stopped caring and sent a help requesting ticket as “business” because ir’s outrageous that they’re not doing anything with it. I’ll keep you updated if they do anything.
