i can go to that link on any browser except advant broswer

If you are trying to run Avant Browser under the Avast Secure Browser function ?
If so it may be that Avant Browser isn’t supported by ASB or Avant doesn’t support ASB.
I would suggest ensuring having the latest versions of both ASB and Avant browser (if you don’t already have them).
I don’t know and can’t really test as I don’t Use the ASB nor do I have Avast Browser installed.
