I can't confirm my account because I have no access to the paypal email address

Hi there,

I’ve just paid for a year Membership, and Avast decided to use my PayPal email as my account email, and I can’t verify it because my PayPal is associated to my university email address which no longer exists. How can I solve this, please?

Can you reach https://account.avast.com/ ?
If you can, under Account settings go to email management,
Add the correct email address. once added and verified you can make that your default email and
delete the incorrect one.

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
