Hey, I tried to log in on store.avast.com and I get this message that my email address is invalid. But I can log in just fine on my.avast.com with the same email address. Can anyone explain me what’s the catch? Thank you!

It is not the same account. Your details for avast.com/find-order should come on the order confirmation email.
