I can't log into my Android app account

Hi all. I’m from Ukraine and I have a problem accessing the service. :o
I’ve been using Avast products for a long time and yesterday I signed up for a new annual subscription to Secure Line via my Android smartphone. Everything worked well. But today I saw that I was kicked out of my account in the application. I tried to log in using my email and password, but nothing happens (the circle spins and displays the message “something went wrong”). If you try to log in with a Google account, nothing happens. The login form just appears again.
I tried to install the application on my Windows laptop. There I was able to log into my account, but the subscription is not displayed and the VPN does not work. What should I do?

I think I have just solved this one for myself, here were my steps;

1, Open the app settings on your smartphone, scroll down to storage/cache. Empty the cache first, then empty storage.

2, Go to Avast website, log in with your normal login details, view your subscriptions, find Secure line VPN, your activation code will be displayed here. Copy this activation code.

3, Reopen the Secureline app, go through the first steps clicking next, when you arrive at the screen to log in, choose Activation Code, paste your activation code. This should take you to the normal VPN screen.

I hope this works for you. It was the only fix I’ve been able to find at the moment.
