I have had to do a complete re format and when I tried to re load my Avast subscription it says that it doesn’t recognize my email address even though the address is on the invoice I received in August for a 12 month renewal.

I sent the actual invoice and it is still asking for an activation code.
The ticket send a copy of my invoice that I sent.
All I want is the bloody activation code that I paid for.
