I was using free avast for 5 years, and it never caused problems
But since fev I cant make updates. Each time I try, it seems to be making download, but it lasts hours without gettin updates
I decided to uninstall avast to install new version, but I couldnt make this
I tries from control panel, from Ccleaner and I tried to find the uninstallation tool in the file Program Files from C disk, but I didnt find
Is there any other option?

How to uninstall our software using aswClear:
Download http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear.exe on your desktop
Start Windows in Safe Mode
Open (execute) the uninstall utility
If you installed avast! in a different folder than the default, browse for it. (Note: Be careful! The content of any folder you choose will be deleted!)
Click REMOVE
Restart your computer
