I keep getting a message to update adobe air and when I go into my free avast and click update it won’t let me. How do I update it manually please?

Thanks so much. It still shows in my avast that it needs updating.Do I need to restart my computer?
I have had this same issue in the past with avast.
Click the refresh button towards the right top corner of the software updater and see if that shows everything is up to date.
