I can't use my Cleanup account !!!

Hi,

My avast premier had a problem with the firewall. After the repair, the firewall doesn’t work.
After re-install Avast Premier, the cleanup tool is does’nr work now. When I tried to use the code, it don’t activate my product.
What I need to do about this? I need help.
