I deleted some important system file by accident. HELP

Arg! i just downloaded Avast Home edition and it said to restart. Then, the system start scanning for virus and i clicked DELETE ALL… Now I can’t access anything in control panel… and Internet Explorer/window media wont’ work… Is there any way to restore all the virus file i deleted?

Try Frank way or backup data and reinstall OS it would be helpful ;), better sorry than anything.

Can you execute “Run…” in Start menu or Command Prompt? If you can than do it, insert your installation CD and type: /sfc
Execute this command (it will verify system files and restore them).
