I didn't got my i.d. number to vpn

When i bought my vpn licence i put by mistake a worng email and beacuse of that i havn’t got my i.d. number. Now i can’t change my deitals to my correct email beacause i dont have my i.d. number.
I realy don’t know what to do. Please help.
