I didn't receive or see a license or activation code for Avast SecureLine VPN

I ordered SecureLine VPN but I didn’t receive or see a license file, I only see the setup file for SecureLine when I login at avast.com/find-order.
I add a ticket #69961 2 days ago, but unfortunately still no answer ???

Be patient, it can take up to 7 business days.

In addition to the response by Asyn also check your Spam/Junk email folders as sometimes the communication can end up in wrong folder :slight_smile:

7 business days? I use Avast Internet Security Advanced for many years now, never a problem I’m a happy costumer so far… so I ordered SecureLine VPN 2 days ago to use it immediately (after the trial).

And I received a mail with the message:

Due to an error in our system unfortunately we can give no activation code at this time. Your code will be published within 48 hours on avast.com/find-order.

So I’ve searched and eventually found my license… not in my spam folder, not at avast.com/find-order, but in my.avast.com :slight_smile:

Yes thanks, as I would have thought you’d receive the License in your email as I did.

I just purchased my license for VPN, was from a download.
Tried to install it and got license file is empty.
Then went online put in for it to be resent by email.
Did that twice and both times invalid licenses.
Then went and tried to download from site.
Nothing, after clicking on the Download box, the pointer turns to a red X.
Nothing else.

Avast has 1 hour to get me my license or head to bank tomorrow and have charges reversed.

Money has already been withdrawn from my bank account.
