i long time ago, I created a authorization code, and now I dont remember, what can I do?
Well ‘authorization code’ doesn’t ring any bells in relation to avast, can you expand what and where this is for.
For example:
Avast can have a license or registration code, depending if it is avast free or one of the paid versions.
There is also a Password to protect avast settings.
The my.avast.com site has a usual user name and password and there s also logging on to the avast forums.
Is it one of these options ?

Remove avast completely (use the uninstall tool also) and perform a clean installation of the latest version:
