I download the updates of Avast and now i have problems to watch streaming T.V,
It breaks all the time and start buffering again and again, what to do?

Can you be more detailed, like what is the URL and what port does it use to stream.
What is your OS ?
What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0630-2 (see about avast!) ?
When did this start happening as the last program update was at the end of April/1st week of May 2007 and outside of that, VPS updates shouldn’t have any inpact to the programs processes/providers.
