So for about a week while trying to scroll though the internet, my browser (mozilla) would have a message saying flash not up to date. So I just closed it a few times on different occasions. Then just a couple days ago I tried to click the link that was there, saying upgrade your flashplayer. After I downloaded it and up until now when we open a Web page three will open and it is from companies saying that we need to fix our computer, also the page we tried to open will come up. This is very frustrating since my knowledge of computers is not the greatest. I ran a boot time scan and this came up
" c:\program files\common files\shopperpro\spbici32.dll ". I went into control panel and then tried to Uninstall shopperpro, but avast had a message saying that it blocked a file from taking an action, and the Uninstaller screen never cam up. This is where I am at. Is there anything I can do?

It’s been running for 30 minutes. Is this normal?
Sometimes it is.
My only concern is that I closed avast for one hour. It’s almost been an hour now, and I gotta go to work in a few minutes but I can run it again if need be at a later time
If it doesn’t happen before you had to go to work, abort Zoek and re-enable Avast.
I keep getting a script error too BTW I’ve got 3 or 4 I keep saying yes to continue running script on the page
Abort Zoek. We will run this tool:
