I got charge with no noticing in advance from any channel !!!!

Last month, I applied 30 days free trial and I didn’t receive any email to inform Order ID. Yesterday, Aug 31st, I have just been charged 990 THB, with no noticing in advance from any channel, but my antivirus software still be a free version one. Additionally, when I read your application form, it says that I would be charged only 54 THB/month, which can be calculate to 648THB/month. I would like to know why I have been charged so much money and would like to ask for a refund.

I clicked “Need help finding your order ID” Function and I type an email address and 4 digits of my credit card to check my Order ID and the result is “INVALID INFORMATION”. I have tried it before. The problem is I don’t have the order id they asked for because digital river never send me any email

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
