You had a subscription with us registered under a mistyped email address. I have now arranged with our distributor to refund the payment for you; they will arrange this transaction and notify you in due course (I have advised of your correct email address).
Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.

According to our distributor’s system, the refund was indeed processed on May 31st. I have sent you a PM with with more specific details about the refund (and where the refund was sent), and what to do next if your card issuer states that they have not received the funds.
