I got charged by dri*Avast software

I recently got charged by dri*avast software but the thing is that I don’t use any of avast products and just now created an account to find help about this charge. I am unable to contact Avast support because to submit a support ticket i need to have the order number and other information which I don’t have. Is there anyway to contact avast directly? If someone has any ways to contact them please help.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 that should at least get you through and give as much information that you can to help resolve it.
