I got charged for a product I did not buy...

ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED

Hello/ Im not sure if there is a place or section for this but Im currently on the phone (on hold) with the support number given on the Avast support center.
I noticed today I was missing $76.20 from my bank account. Turns out ive been charged by ‘‘DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE’’ but I do not have any sort of paid subscriptions with Avast. I mainly use the free option and have never thought about upping my protection.

Im hoping its a fixable mistake and would like to know what to do to fix this and get my money back. Im in a bit of bind and every dollar helps. So please if someone can get this in the right hands and help me out, that’s be great.

P.P.S. Turns out someone else was using it and I had forgotten. My mistake.
I was shown the email and I understand how I got the charge. All is good now

I don’t know how they would have got your payment details, have you ever had a paid version of avast before ?

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it. I would suggest the email address that the “DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE” email was sent to and any information on that relating to the product.

I figured it out and it cleared up.
