I got an E-mail today in Spanish with my E-mail Address as the Sender. Figured something was wrong and I ran an Avast Scan. It went so far and froze up. I tried 3 more times and they all froze up. Any info on how to fix my problem would be appreciated.
I have paid Avast protection.

do you have any other security programs installed?
Not as far as I know. Nothing like another Virus Protection Service, like Norton, McAfee, etc. My ISP may have something automatically.

you may attach a OTL diagnostic log, then maybe one of the removal experts can spot a problem?
