I got Trojan-Ransom.Win32.Hexzone.agn today I am scared, my kaspersky internet security deleted it am I safe or must I do more?

I don’t know what or how we could make it any clearer start at the top of the topic and take it one reply at a time and work through the questions/suggestions in each post.
