YES. I just need to write this… Because I’ve write to your support and here in forums about a big problem - which I get more than one computers too. The problem - why I really hate the whole avast: since months I didn’t get any REAL help from anyone.
And the problem - why I wrote to support many times: both in avast home free and avast business free after the day I did setup the program options - example in the General options I checked in “…Scan for PUP…” or I unchecked in Email options the outgoing e-mail scan - avast reset itself to the factory mode and my settings disappeared. This is normal from avast? This is a big security problem I think - if it restore the settings - because usually not the factory settings the best in many software, like antivirus softwares too!
I’m really waiting for your answer and the real help…

You however never got back in the past 7(!) months and you never mentioned problems with the settings.

On a note, if you submit multiple tickets shortly after each other you will be put back to the bottom of the stack (FiFo system)
