I have 2 problems with Avast home that I need help with please.

I been getting these 2 events,the critical one only lately.Here they are:

I get this one all the time,and have been for quite some time.I just figured it could not scan some archive.the next one come along with:

sorry it is so long but since this is free antivirus I thought I would seek help here first before summiting a ticket.Thanks to who helps

So no one has nothing to say about this,not even a mod.Something,one says fatal.

Even though it says fatal, I would say it is a non issue as it is only fatal in respect to not being able to scan something.

Personally I keep my nose out of the avast logs as for the most part the content is verbose and not to helpful to a user, more so for a developer. The Windows Event viewer, gets it data from the same source effectively, so I keep out of there too. Only if I experience a problem with avast or hard errors are displayed to the screen do I look in the logs.

So are you getting any errors displayed to the screen or other avast problems ?

If not I wouldn’t worry about this.
