Is there anyone out there who can help me with my problem I have 3 shields down on my avast premier and I am unsure of how to fix it if anyone is out there who has knowledge of how to troubleshoot such issues with avast I would be most grateful. It is the ransomware shield the behaviour shield and the firewall shield.

Start with performing a repair of avast as has been explained/told in a huge amount of threads.
Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
