Hope someone can help me
clicked on what looked like an “ok” site last night at home and hey presto my computer screen looked as though it was shutting down.
Run my avast which detected 3 infected files, I managed to get rid of 2 of them but the above will not allow me to move it to chest.
In red next to the above it say the request is not supported (50)?
Do I need to call out someone to sort this or can someone guide me on here?
Not au fait with the “behind the scenes stuff” so if you are kind enough to give me instructions please do so in step by step easy to understand.
I have read a couple of posts on here so I presume I can still log onto the net and download fixes for this?
Also all of my icons have dissappeared does this mean everything is lost i.e itunes library etc, if so my Husband will kill me.

Read the guide posted as a link here; once you understand what you need to do, attach all logs from programs asked to run below in “Attachments and other options” below. Open the “Attachments” by clicking it and browsing to where the logs are and clicking “Browse”.
See: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 written by essexboy. Jeffce is also an expert malware killer, as well. Follow instructions and post logs but do not attempt to clean your infection using the tools provided unless told to do so by either essexboy or Jeffce.
Missing icons and folders likely due to the malware hiding these files. Do not run any sort of temp cleaner such as CCleaner, as this action may well remove these files permanently, as they may well be in the temp folders. Even though you cannot see them, they likely are still there.
