I have a trojan pop every 5 minutes

I don’t know how to do a picture of the screen. It only pops up occasionally, so it would be hard to catch and know when it will.

It will come from there no matter what I open when it happens. The internet, my weather desktop, Microsoft Word, or even the games i play. It always happens and is completely random. When I scan with avast sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t and it always says “delete” sucessful when I try to get rid of it, but its still there at times and no other software picks it up, but avast.

I’ve never personally heard of an issue like that. It’s possible it’s Avast! flipping out and doing that, or there may be something else on your system that is causing that. Have you run a scan? If not, I’d highly advise you run a boot-time scan and see what comes up when that runs.

I ran 4 scans at different times and there is nothing there but according to avast there is and this started 2 days thought i fixed it at first the it started up again

ok im usinig OTL and would this stop the trj and is it possible that the trj is alt tabbing me out of my cod4 game

Hi until we remove the infection we will be unable to say for sure, but to do that we will need the logs
