It would certainly help if you gave some information about:
What problems, alerts you are experiencing/receiving that you felt you needed to use these tools.
What problems are you experiencing with OTL (and combofix) ?
Really you shouldn’t be running combofix unless it is suggested for a specific purpose, generally after having run OTL and posted the logs.

That is the smart filter in IE you can select it under Actions to download the file
I know but i wont. sorry i have deleted OTL.exe and combofix.exe.
The IE smart filter, isn’t so smart.
The OTL and Combixfix aren’t going to be commonly downloaded as they are specialist tools to analyse and fix malware infections.
We wouldn’t be asking you to download anything that is malicious, all that the IE not so smart filter is saying is they aren’t commonly downloaded (nothing more nothing less) and there is a reason for that.
So you have to choose what to do but without the tools to analyse the problem (the reason you came here) there isn’t a great deal anyone can do.
