I have not received my refund

Hi there,

I requested a refund on June 27 since I was charged. I received an email instantaneously as a confirmation of my refund, indicating that I would receive my money in maximum 15 business days. That same day, a few hours later, I received the email confirmation from Avast saying that my money was on the way and I would have it in 5 - 7 business days. The days have passed and I have not received my money. Has this happened to anyone else?

Do I have to keep waiting or should I do something else? Thank you.

In the reply is attach a CREDIT MEMO which you can use
to inquire at your bank about the refund that was sent by Digital River.

Yesterday I have not receive anything.
