I have paid for my Internet Security subscription yet says it will expire soon

Hi! I paid for my subscription back in March yet my app keeps reminding me that my subscription will expire soon (5 days from today). I have reinstalled the program, uploaded the new license and done everything I can possibly do. I am in Australia and can’t ring the Avast Support number. I emailed them and they told me to obtain a new license, which I did but it still won’t work. Can anyone help, please?
