The Pro licence is for one system.
So you would have to get another license if you want the Pro version or if it is for home and non-commercial use you could use the avast free antivirus version.
There is also a better option if you went for the avast suite (Pro, Firewall & anti-spam), currently that is about $70 but that is a three PC deal so that many be your best option. I would try contacting sales (at) avast (dot) com and ask about an upgrade price to move from avast Pro to avast 5.0 Suite.
