I have problems with the browser Vivaldi

I have problems with the browser vivaldi whereas Avast blocks any access to any webpage ?
How can i resolve the problem, as it works fine with Firefox and Chrome.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. Plus I have never used Vivaldi so I can’t speak from personal experience.
How is Avast blocking access to ‘any webpage’ ?

A screenshot may be helpful.

I’m not sure if its security elements could contribute so some sort of conflict with the Web Shield.
