My subscription was auto renewed and I cancelled the subscription same day and requested for refund. But even after multiple request, chatting with the agents a 100 times, I still haven’t received the refund. Some of reference case number are 23341383, 23323229, 23242951, 23260183. Everytime I am promised of refund within 7 days but 2 months passed, no refund.
