Thank you but I did try to insert the license file and it won’t take it…also the file is 0 bytes. Do you still have a copy of yours and can you tell me if yours is 0 bytes too? I think I got a dud. By the way, my post is in a Child Board (for SecureLine) in the avast! Additional products forum.

Mine is 2k in size. Have you tried asking to have the license file resent ?

Well the website has a drop down list of Programs you can request a license for, but SecureLine is not listed there and I don’t see anyplace else to ask.

You received an email with a license file. Where did that email come from ???
You should be able to reply directly to the address you received the license from.

I didn’t receive an email with the license file. When I clicked the box in my Avast to subscribe to SecureLine, there was a link that appeared for me to download the file, which I did. But there is no link there now to request that it be resent…because it’s telling me that my free trial has expired and to Buy Now…which I can’t do because I already did that.

WOOOOOHOOOO! The email just now arrived. I guess I thought it would be instant. Will try it now.

OK it says it inserted successfully! Gonna connect now which will put me offline…so I’ll be back to report in both forums. :slight_smile: Thanks so much for being there…I felt all alone with this problem.
