It said the display drivers crashed and didnt recover. This has happened 3 times this year, no idea what’s wrong.
It might be worth mentioning it said it was atikmpag.sys listed.
I just went back on-all seems okay.

My driver is over 2 years old?!!?!
My graphics card is a ATI Radeon 6450
Do I just download it and it works? Or do I need to uninstall etc?
I downloaded and followed the steps of everything. However, halfway through a 2 second black screen happened and I heard the sound of an uninstalled software, which I’m assuming was my old drivers. Everythign appears fine. How can I check if I have the latest drivers after that (hopefully) successful update?
EDIT: Ignore me, I;m dumb. I ran the tool and it said I have hte latest drivers installed. Time to test out YouTube.
EDIT2: YouTube works, thanks. Seems a small bit faster in loading vids as well.
You should also update DirectX library.
What is DirectX library/what would it do? Isn’t DirectX the thing that makes some games run faster or whatever?
What does updating it do anyway?
Gonna go ahead and revive this since Im paranoid. It worked fine all of yesterday, but I still have no idea what DirectX is, all I know is that League of Legends uses it in some way.
So it basically improves video and gaming? Nice to know.
