Could someone from avast help with the refund. I already went trough the steps in your website: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund/ and nothing happened i didn’t even get a notification email. The title in my bank account for the avast charge is “IRL avast com ord DRI AVAST Software 70”. I found the IDs from your system for the charges and for some reason there are two ids marked “order unsubmitted” 80602215600, 81039832400 which both show a bank account charge of 69.99 EUR for this month. Do what you have to do just refund me the money and cancel my subscription because i specifically remember that i unchecked the ongoing subscription last year. Thank you in advance.
Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Note, don’t submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
