Sorry for the poor attitude but I am very fustrated at the moment. I recently purchased this product and tried to link it to my second computer. After further research, I found out that you have to have to accounts on seperate computers to sync information between the two. Well, I purchased another so now I have two accounts. I do not know why they make it very difficult for users to find information on how to sync information between the two. All your “FAQ’S” say it is possible but don’t explain how (very upsetting)
Also, It told me that I can use the same license for installation on the second computer. I searched and could not find any relevant information on how to do that (frustrating). I don’t know if I purchased it twice when I didn’t need two. Is it possible to have both accounts under the same license? When you say you have to have two accounts, I am assuming you have to purchase two right? Do they have a contact number so I can speak to them directly.
Somebody please respond asap so I can resolve this issue.
