You could try this:
Sales change order details wrong email address given, etc. - Submit a support ticket You could try this to see if sales can track down your order - Submit a support ticket Contact Avast Support - Avast Phone Number, and Chat Support Account and Billing > Subscription Help.
From the list below I think it would be " Finding your Avast order ID number
And the Get Support option. Unfortunately this is Phone (I’m not sure where that telephone support is based) or Chat
Give as much information that you can to help track down your payment and reissue the license if it has gone to an incorrect email address.
