Every 5 minutes I keep getting a pop up saying threat detected. Malware blocked Ive done the boot scan ran malware bytes…still no luck… If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated

Problum already…I cant get a break…when I open adwcleaner my only options are CLEAN, UNINSTALL, and DONATE…There is no Delete…should I use CLEAN instead?
yes Clean…the latest version looks a bit different and Essexboys guide/pic is not updated…yet 
if you have trouble running any of the tools, you can try run from safe mode
