I already scanned the PC with Avast Free, HitmanPro3 and Malwarebytes. Everything is clean.

It have nothing to do with my PC. It’s a threat from online. Only when i have my Chrome browser open it appears.

It can be Chrome is trying to contact that site each time.
In that case the culprit sure is on your system.
The thing is it’ not an website… it’s completely random. Even when i’m not browsing. It’s enough to keep the browser open. I already completly clean the browser for cookies, cache, history and everything. I’ve used CCleaner, Wise Disk Cleaner, Advanced System Care. Same issue… Maybe is a bug from the antivirus?
Just one question, do you want help or not ?
It is not in your computer you said above, so why are you doing all that scanning ???
